With aptari, your data is handled safely and stays in Europe. Here is what that means for you, without the legal jargon.
Where your data lives
Your documents and details are stored securely on European servers. They are encrypted, both while stored and while being sent. aptari is a Swiss platform, and your data does not leave Europe.
You can always see why
Whenever aptari gives a listing a Match Score, you can open it and see exactly which of your details produced it. Nothing about the score is hidden from you.
What is never used
Things like your nationality, religion, family status, age, gender, disability or whether you are pregnant are never part of a Match Score. They simply are not used to score you.
The agency decides, not aptari
aptari produces scores to help you and the agency see the fit clearly, but the agency always makes the final decision about who gets the apartment. The automatic features, like the AI Agent applying for you, only run when you choose to switch them on.
You stay in control
You can view your data, correct it, export it, or delete your account whenever you want. In short: your information is yours, it is kept safe, and it stays in Europe.
