aptari is the Swiss rental platform for both sides: you see the listings of Homegate, ImmoScout24, Flatfox and the cooperatives in one feed and prepare your dossier once. Agencies get the applications ranked by the same rules, with the reasons shown.

For renters, Basic is free, Pro is CHF 9.90 a month (launch price, regular CHF 15.90) and Ultra CHF 69 (launch price, regular CHF 129); new accounts get Pro free for 14 days. The Tenant Passport is your application dossier on aptari: you upload your ID, salary certificate, Betreibungsauszug and references once. On listings from aptari partner agencies you apply with it in one tap; all other listings open on the original portal or on the cooperative's website.

The Match Score from 0 to 100 shows on every listing how well you fit: income against the rent, your documents, what the listing asks for and your references. The same details always give the same score, and you see the reasons.

No. The Match Score is computed by fixed, transparent rules, with no AI in the calculation, and a person at the agency always decides who gets the flat. aptari uses AI to check documents, to explain the score in words and to draft and translate motivation letters.

aptari follows the Swiss FADP and the GDPR; your data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt), and some processing is done by providers in the USA, see the privacy policy. Nationality, gender or age never go into the Match Score, and permit type is never read.

Only the agencies you applied to: they see your documents in a protected, watermarked view, and every view is logged. You can withdraw their access at any time under Settings > Privacy & data.

You delete single documents directly in your Tenant Passport. You delete your whole account with all its data under Settings > Danger zone, where you can also export your data first.

aptari shows the listings of Homegate, ImmoScout24, Flatfox and the Swiss housing cooperatives' websites in one feed, across Switzerland, free and without login. The portals are where listings appear; aptari adds a fit score and a ready dossier, and you apply to portal listings on the portal itself (comparisons: Homegate, ImmoScout24, Flatfox).

You list a flat and get the applications ranked by Match Score, every applicant scored by the same rules with the reasons shown; you decide. Growth adds live tours in the browser and up to 10 active listings, Enterprise adds Document AI, House rules and team seats among others, see for agencies.

aptari is available in German, English, French and Italian; you switch the language at the top right. Every language has its own address on the website, and your choice is saved to your profile.
