Why it fits a cooperative

A vacant cooperative flat often draws a very large number of applications. aptari sorts and checks them for you. You decide.
One inbox instead of an email pile
Every application lands in one place, sorted by Match Score, with a complete profile. Your listings on aptari are partner listings: applicants with a Tenant Passport apply there in one click, with ID, salary certificate and debt collection extract.
The same rules for every applicant
The Match Score is calculated by fixed rules, with no language model in the calculation, and shows its reasons. It does not read nationality, type of residence permit, civil status, age, gender, religion or family status.
Traceable when someone asks
Every score is stored with the version of the rules, every selection decision is logged with its date. You can show the board or your members how a decision was made.
House rules · checked for every applicant
Your letting rules, checked before you open the application.
You set the rules for the whole cooperative, and per flat the minimum and maximum number of people, pets and smoking. For every applicant aptari shows whether each rule is met, not met or still open. Applicants see the same check before they apply. The check never blocks an application and never changes a score.
Not in the check today: income and wealth limits for subsidised flats, priority for members, waiting lists and draws. Anything else your letting regulations require, you check yourselves as before.

For every applicant and every rule: met, not met or open. Applicants see it too.
Document check
ID, salary certificate and debt collection extract are read and compared: name, documented income, open debt collections, date of the extract. Mismatches are flagged.
Briefing Agent
Every morning, per flat, up to ten open applications above your score threshold, with notes on mismatches, missing documents, open debt collections or an old extract.
Selection Bridge
You choose the new tenant and decide on every other application one by one: decline or keep open. Every decision is logged, and selected and declined applicants are notified.
Live Tours
50 video viewings a month with up to 200 participants each, in the browser and by invitation.
Team and locations
Up to 5 people with their own login and role. Listings and access can be organised by location, for example per housing estate.

Create an account
Create an agency account in your cooperative's name. Until activation it runs on the normal 14-day trial.

We check
We look you up in the commercial register to confirm you are a housing cooperative with its seat in Switzerland. This usually takes up to 3 working days. If something is missing, we email you.

Enterprise is on
You confirm the activation once: CHF 0, no card.
