Match Score.
A 0 to 100 score that shows you, before you apply, how well you fit an apartment.
The Match Score is a number between 0 and 100 that aptari shows you on every listing before you apply. It tells you how well you fit that apartment. Four things go into it:
- Income: is your income enough for the rent (rule of thumb: at least three times the rent)? - Your documents: is your Tenant Passport complete (ID, salary certificate, debt extract)? - Fit with the listing: do the location, rent, number of rooms and household size match what the listing is looking for? - References and trust: are your documents current and consistent?
You always see why you got a given score, so you know exactly what to improve.
