aptari is the Swiss rental platform built for both sides: renters search the large portals and the cooperatives in one feed and prepare one dossier; agencies get applicants ranked, not piled up.

Who builds aptari.

aptari was founded by Selvir Suke (founder) and Selver Aga (co-founder). We build aptari in Zürich. The legal details of the operating company are in the legal notice.

What aptari does today.

For renters
  • One feed with the listings of Homegate, ImmoScout24, Flatfox and the cooperatives' own websites, free and without login.
  • The Tenant Passport: you upload your documents once and your dossier stays ready.
  • The Match Score (0 to 100): how well you fit a listing, with the reasons.
  • One tap on listings from aptari partner agencies; all other listings open on the original portal or on the cooperative's website.
  • The Apply Agent (Ultra) applies for you on partner listings you fit.
For agencies
  • Applicants ranked by the same rules, with the reasons shown.
  • Live Tours and CSV export from the Growth plan.
  • Document verification, house rules, the Selection Bridge, the Briefing Agent and team seats on the Enterprise plan.

What we believe.

We start in Switzerland. From day one, aptari is built to go beyond the border.

    Verification beats promises

    ID, salary certificate and debt collection extract are checked, and a verified income counts for more in the Match Score than a stated one. You upload your dossier once, not again for every application.

    Data is yours

    You own the passport: encrypted, never sold, and you can withdraw an agency's access at any time. Stored in the EU (Frankfurt). Some processing is done by providers in the USA, see the privacy policy.

  3. 03

    Both sides win

    Tenants get verified once, agencies get ranked applicants. We refuse marketplaces that win at one side’s expense.

  4. 04

    Traceable

    Every score is stored with the version of the rules and explained with its reasons. Every rejection and every selection is logged with its date.

  5. 05

    Switzerland first

    We ship in Zürich before we ship in Zagreb. Every market we open, we open fully: not as a beta.
