What AI actually does in apartment search (and what's just hype)
A lot of apartment sites throw the word "AI" around. Here is what AI genuinely helps with when you are hunting for a flat in Switzerland, and what to ignore.
What AI does well
1. It tells you which apartments you can actually get.
