Common questions

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes: Pro, Ultra and Growth are monthly with no minimum term; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. You cancel in the settings through the Stripe customer portal, no phone call. Enterprise runs under its contract.

Do agencies pay per applicant?

No: flat monthly tier. Unlimited applications. Ranking within your plan's monthly Match Score limit. Never a per-applicant fee.

Can I expense it?

Yes: all prices include Swiss VAT, and every monthly payment comes with an invoice, available in the Stripe customer portal, which you open from the settings. Enterprise is invoiced under its contract.

Does the agency platform integrate with our CRM?

No link to property management software yet. CSV export is available today (Growth and Enterprise).
