The Tenant Passport is the heart of aptari. Instead of putting together the same six to ten documents for every apartment, you upload them once. After that, every application takes one click.
1. Upload: ID, salary certificate, debt extract, and optionally your rental contract, reference letters and a motivation letter. 2. Get ready: aptari checks that your documents are complete and up to date, and shows you a Match Score on every listing, so you can see how well you fit the flat. 3. Apply: one click on any listing. aptari sends your Passport to the agency in the usual Swiss format.
The Passport belongs to you. Your data is handled safely and stays in Europe, and you can delete it again at any time.
