Where is my data hosted?

EU data centres (Frankfurt). AES-256 encrypted at rest. TLS 1.3 in transit. GDPR + FADP compliant. CH residency planned for 2027.

Do agencies pay per applicant?

No: flat monthly tier. Unlimited applications + AI ranking included. Never a per-applicant fee.

Can I expense it?

Yes: invoices issued monthly in DE / FR / IT / EN, with Swiss VAT.

Is aptari GDPR + DSG compliant?

Yes: GDPR + FADP (DSG) compliant by design. Standard DPAs available on request. Data lives in EU data centres today; CH residency on the roadmap.

Can tenants revoke access?

Yes: any time, with one click. Agencies that had access are notified and the dossier snapshot is wiped from their workspace.

How does fraud detection work?

Document Verification AI runs metadata analysis, font consistency checks, employer cross-reference, and liveness + face match on IDs. 14 known fraud patterns detected. Every finding is explainable and logged.

Does the agency platform integrate with our CRM?

Enterprise tier includes API access + webhooks (coming soon). Growth customers can CSV-export applicant pipelines. We are actively building integrations with AbaCon, Casanova, and Rimo.
