1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the aptari platform (hereinafter "the Platform"), operated by aptari GmbH, Leutschenbachstrasse 76, 8050 Zürich. By registering, you fully accept these terms.
2. Description of services
aptari is a digital platform for automated apartment search in Switzerland. It enables tenants to efficiently manage and submit housing applications. For landlords and agencies, the platform provides management tools for listings and applications.
The Match Score and other AI-powered features are exclusive to Pro and VIP subscribers.
3. Registration and account
Using the platform requires registration with a valid email address. You are responsible for the security of your account and credentials. False information at registration entitles aptari to immediate termination of the account.
4. Subscriptions and payments
aptari offers the following subscriptions:
- Basic: Free, limited features
- Pro: Monthly subscription, Match Score and advanced features
- VIP: Monthly subscription, all features including Auto-Pilot
Subscriptions renew automatically each month and can be cancelled at any time at the end of the billing period. Payments are processed via Stripe.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
For digital services, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the conclusion of the contract, provided the service has not yet been initiated. Once platform features have been used, there is no right to a refund. Please send requests to info@aptari.ai.
6. User obligations
- No false or misleading information in the profile
- No circumvention of technical protection measures
- No automated bulk requests outside of intended functions
- No sharing of credentials with third parties
7. Disclaimer
aptari is not liable for the accuracy or completeness of third-party listings. The Match Score is an aid and not a guarantee of a successful application. The Platform is only liable in cases of gross negligence or intent.
8. Availability
aptari strives for high availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance work is, where possible, carried out outside of peak usage hours.
9. Termination
Users can terminate their account at any time via the platform or by email. aptari reserves the right to terminate accounts without notice in the event of breach of these terms.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Zürich, Schweiz.
