1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the aptari platform (hereinafter "the Platform"), operated by Prioplan GmbH, Stauffacherstrasse 60, 8004 Zürich. By registering, you fully accept these terms.
2. Description of services
aptari is a digital platform for automated apartment search in Switzerland. It enables tenants to efficiently manage and submit housing applications. For landlords and agencies, the platform provides management tools for listings and applications.
The Match Score is available to every tenant: the free Basic tier includes a limited number of evaluations per day, Pro and Ultra extend that allowance. For agencies the platform includes applicant scoring on permitted criteria, AI-assisted document verification, live video tours, and team and location management, each within the scope of the chosen plan (section 4).
3. Registration and account
Using the platform requires registration with a valid email address. You are responsible for the security of your account and credentials. False information at registration entitles aptari to immediate termination of the account.
4. Subscriptions and payments
aptari offers the following subscriptions:
- Basic (tenants): free; limited Match Scores per day and limited Passport applications per month
- Pro (tenants): monthly subscription; extended allowances and AI motivation letters
- Ultra (tenants): monthly subscription; all features including the AI agent that submits applications on your behalf
- Starter (agencies): free; one active listing and basic features
- Growth (agencies): monthly subscription; several active listings, applicant scoring, document verification, a monthly allowance of live tours and team seats; 14-day free trial
- Enterprise (agencies): contract with invoicing; unlimited listings and evaluations, live tours beyond the allowance at the stated price per tour, extended team seats and locations
- The prices, allowances and limits in force at the time of ordering are those shown on aptari.ai/pricing.
Tenant and Growth subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe, renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time with effect at the end of the current billing period. Enterprise is invoiced under its contract. Card data is processed by Stripe only.
5. Refunds
Swiss law grants no statutory right of withdrawal for online subscriptions; the service starts when the plan is activated. aptari voluntarily refunds the first monthly amount if you send a request to info@aptari.ai within 14 days of first subscribing to a paid plan. After that, billing periods already paid are not refunded; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
6. User obligations
- No false or misleading information in the profile
- No circumvention of technical protection measures
- No automated bulk requests outside of intended functions
- No sharing of credentials with third parties
7. Disclaimer
aptari is not liable for the accuracy or completeness of third-party listings. The Match Score is an aid and not a guarantee of a successful application. **Early operating phase:** aptari is a young company and the Platform is under continuous development. Individual features may contain errors, change, or be temporarily unavailable. By registering you expressly acknowledge this and use the Platform in its current state of development. To the extent permitted by law, claims against aptari for malfunctions, data loss, missed listings or application deadlines, and for lost profit or consequential damages are excluded. The Platform is only liable in cases of gross negligence or intent.
8. Availability
aptari strives for high availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance work is, where possible, carried out outside of peak usage hours.
9. Termination
Users can terminate their account at any time via the platform or by email. aptari reserves the right to terminate accounts without notice in the event of breach of these terms.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Zürich, Schweiz.
