The five steps
1. Build your Tenant Passport (once, about 10 minutes) Upload your salary slip, your ID and permit, your Betreibungsauszug (Swiss debt extract, about CHF 17 from your canton), references from past landlords or your employer, and optional liability insurance proof. aptari checks your documents so your dossier looks complete and credible. Your data is handled safely and stays in Europe.
2. Set your preferences Pick the cities you want, your rent range, the number of rooms, and your must-haves (pets, parking, balcony) and the languages you speak. These shape both your feed and the AI Agent on Ultra.
3. Browse the open feed aptari shows listings from across the market in one place, from the big portals (Homegate, ImmoScout24, Flatfox) alongside aptari-partner listings. Each one shows your live Match Score, so you see straight away which flats are worth applying to. You do not even need to log in to browse.
4. Apply with one click Tap Passport Apply on any aptari-partner listing. Your saved dossier goes to the agency, with a cover letter drafted in the listing's language that you can review before it sends. No more filling the same forms for every agency.
5. Let the AI Agent apply for you (Ultra) On the Ultra plan, the AI Agent watches new listings and applies for you automatically to the ones you fit, so you keep getting in front of landlords even when you are busy.

What aptari does NOT do
- It does not decide who gets the apartment · the agency always chooses the tenant.
- It does not predict a landlord's decision · that depends on things outside your data.
- It does not bid above the asking rent · that is not allowed in most cantons.
- It does not snoop on your social media.
Your data
Your documents are handled safely and your data stays in Europe. You can always open any Match Score and see why you got it, and you can delete your account whenever you want.
