Almost as simple as one click
You found the flat on another portal. Usually that means typing the same details again, writing a message and attaching PDFs, for every single flat. With Apply with Aptari your application is ready in one tap, and it goes out in under a minute.
Three moves: tap, paste, send
- Tap "Apply with Aptari". aptari writes your message in the listing's language, with your checked facts, your phone number and the link to your dossier. It copies the message and opens the listing.
- Paste the message into the contact form and add your name and email.
- Press send. Done. The application appears in your list on aptari, and you see when your link is opened.
The first time, a short screen shows exactly what the advertiser will see, and you confirm it once.
Why your application stands out

You stay in control
- No score on the advertiser's page: only your checked facts and your motivation letter.
- Documents open only under your rules: after the advertiser confirms a work email with a 6-digit code, for every verified agency or only for agencies that shortlist you. A private address such as Gmail always needs your approval. Every page carries the viewer's email and the time as a watermark.
- You see every open: which link, which document, which confirmed email, when and for how long.
- One link per flat. If the same flat is on several portals, aptari recognises it, so you never send twice.
- Withdraw any time in Settings. A link ends after 30 days, earlier when the listing goes offline; you can extend it once.
- aptari never sends in your name. You press send, on the portal, in your own session.
Where it works
Apply with Aptari works on listings from other Swiss portals and from housing cooperatives, on their own website: you see the button on every listing where it is ready, and more listings keep joining.
