The Tenant Passport is what makes aptari the revolution for finding and renting a flat in Switzerland. 1. Upload (once). Your ID, latest salary certificate (Lohnausweis), debt extract (Betreibungsauszug), and optionally your rental contract, reference letters and a motivation letter. Plus a few profile fields: household size, employer, smoker, pets, long-term intent. You only do this once.

2.
